ProQuest said Monday that investment banki Goldman Sachs
will buy a minority stake in the research and information company, including
the stake held by private equity firm ABRY Partners.
Financial terms of the deal were not announced.
ProQuest, which is based in Ann Arbor, Mich., manages online
research solutions used by universities, libraries, schools and corporations.
